Once again, the association of the Festival d’opéra de Québec with JM Canada gives young opera artists a chance to showcase their talents and offers you a refreshing reading of Donizetti’s irresistible work, La Fille du régiment, which features ordinary characters where joy, emotion and events are expressed in music that is sometimes military, sometimes lyrical, sometimes made of popular melodies.
