Clelia Cafiero
Clelia Cafiero carries out a double activity of conductor and pianist. After winning the theater competition at La Scala in Milan as an orchestral pianist, she has worked since 2013 in operatic and symphonic productions and for the theater’s chamber music season. She was noticed by Lawrence Foster who invited her for the 2019-2020 season at the Opéra de Marseille as assistant conductor. As a concert pianist, she has performed in the most important halls of the world and has toured in Japan, China and Canada. She studied conducting at the Milan Conservatory.
